Security & Access

Security & access control, by design

Every layer of Intravo — from who can open the admin panel to who can join a private webcast — is built around controlling exactly who sees what, and proving it afterward.

Access controls

Control access at every layer

From the admin console to the smallest link you send an attendee, access is deliberate — never default-open. Built with security best practices at every layer, not bolted on afterward.

Role-based admin

Global Admin, Administrator, Read-Only, and fully custom roles decide exactly what each team member can see or change.

Single sign-on

Admins and attendees sign in with Google, Microsoft, or LinkedIn accounts instead of another password to lose.

API-key management

Issue, rotate, and revoke API keys per company, so integrations only ever have the access you granted.

Webcast access controls

Gate a broadcast with a PIN, an expiring password link, or allow/deny lists by country, email, or domain — and stop link-sharing with single-tab session enforcement.

Consent & release capture

Photo, video, and audio release consent is captured with a digital signature at check-in or right on the tablet — no paper forms to lose.

Audit & activity logging

Control-panel actions and platform changes are logged, so you can always answer who did what, and when.

On-site & offline data locality

Run the second-screen server on the venue's own local network — session data stays on-site instead of leaving the building.

Data & report exports

Pull your own data out on your own schedule — Excel, PowerPoint, and sign-in exports are built in, not a special request.

Your data, your rules

Your data, in your control

Security isn't one setting — it's every access path being deliberate, logged, and reversible.

1

You decide who's in the room

Access rules apply down to the page, section, or component of a webcast — not just the front door.

2

Nothing leaves without a trail

Control-panel actions and access events are logged, so activity is always reviewable after the fact.

3

Your event, your network

The on-site second-screen server can run entirely on the venue's local network, so live session data never has to leave the building.
